I went about my test results today;

My Iron hasn't gone-up any, despite the 1-a-day pills, so I am moving to 2-a-day, and increasing my consumption of vegetables.

My blood-sugar is also now low, and am to eat small frequent meals throughout the day.

I am to avoid 'red' meat, including pork.

I need to drink more water and exercise because my good cholesterol is low -_-;

I have a viral infection in my throat/chest. This was confirmed due to my white blood cell count.

I also had a check up about a month ago. Although I don't feel sick, I have been said to have this and that (I can't remember them medical terms. *lol*). I also need to drink a lot of water. Let's both get better soon! :D
