Well....fog is really a mist of water vapors, so if the temperatures is low enough, I suppose it could be considered "freezing fog" similar to freezing water. At least that is what I think they mean by it.

I have no idea, but I knew I wasn't going out into it. I was expecting like low-hanging thick fog that was like dry-ice on the ground >.>

And I'm sure the best day to look for a job is when you could slip and crash on the roads. o_0 (Ahh, irony and inappropriate advertisements.)
