GMail puts these little mini ads at the top and sides of stuff at times, they usally have to do with what is in the subject lines in the case of my inbox....this time however it has to do with breast-feeding -______-;

Those are RSS feeds on top. You can turn them off or choose from what sites you would like to get new entries of. My favorites I put there are Engadget and Shiny Shiny. ^_^
