Yeah, I heard, but I don't think I'll buy it. I really GREATLY DISLIKE Anne Rice. And to me she has nothing to say that I really want to hear, especially after the fanfic and cracking down on fans business. I might have my dislike of her impacting The Vampire Chronicles, but I don't really take them that seriously. Even while rereading Interview, I kept being amused by just how many things/characters are set on fire. It's liek the go-to plot device. Which is also why I did so poorly on "Wide Sargasso Sea" for English class because I kept thinking of Interview... But yeah, even the more 'serious' novels in the series I don't take seriously, and the more-and-more ridiculousness of the later ones just adds to it! I can separate my dislike for the author from love of the series for that reason. Unlike with Martin Freeman, who I even found attractive before his interviews -___-
