It would probably have to be Simms!Master since the only other one I've seen is Eric Roberts. (Roger Delgado and Anthony Ainley's facial hair reminds me of Ra's al Ghul's from Batman.)
And that's not Batman, that's Midnighter from The Authority holding balloons so his husband, Apollo, can find him. (That's Midnighter again in this icon ironing clothes.)
