Yes, and no...Not really cleansing, as nothing has been washed-away, it is all still there/here, and I cant get rid of it. But I have pushed-it aside & I am attempting to move-on fully, and leave the past where it is, but some bits still cling. There is a whole future ahead of me, and I can meet it!
