The only tattoo Lorrie would really get would be a peacock feather, but 'feather' is not an option. If it was, even better if it was a Bizarre one. I thought maybe the 'sun' option since if I get the capacity for it (the Advent Calendar event gave me the things I'd have to grind for, so just the Mark of Credit Pages would be needed), Lorel will have to get "Free From Surface Ties" (yes, despite that being one of the earliest storylets, I've been discarding the final card every time I've drawn it for 4 years) to go to the Iron Republic, so it's be at least an "above ground" connection. But choosing not to get a tattoo gives a point of Respectable, which is more suitable, but not as suitable as a feather. So not sure. I'm worried that there will be another short timed closing event like last year, and a tattoo quality will be an option. Like the 'velocipede' is an object she likes, but she isn't keen enough on the Velocipede Squad to get a tattoo [actually she'd be kicked-off it (exposing the corruption) if things had happened otherwise]. She wouldn't get a picture of Alfred, and the 'knight' option requires that in-game she dies [no, I couldn't bring myself to to it in-game (and since it feels like anything I ever did in role-play was "all in my head" it didn't matter. Which is also why I can only play in-game in small pieces because it leads to feeling futile, because none of what I did or do ever actually was, well "something")].. I only partially played the avatar of the Lonely Knight thing, I had an idea of, but she feel very connected to that role from her 'Neath Dreams**. So I guess my main choices are 'none' or selecting nothing. I was very, very happy that 'light' was an option for what you think of love. The "Lights in the darkness" comes from a conversation in "Dracula". Lorel would probably not have read that though, because supernatural things give her the creeps. But the idea is one she's fond of.

As for other Feast things I got the An Explosion of Neath-Colours on the Stroke of Midnight, the Pirate Poet, & A Ghostly Presence. I wanted the Secular Missionary but she seems to be a regular Companion too and this is just an upgraded version. The Pentecost Ape seems too "FullMetal Alchemist" for me and would freak Lorrie out.

**I made that page before I made a Wikia account.

I went with The Pen to pretend the quill is a feather. So +1 Bizarre. I think it's down her back on the left side, along her ribs.

ladynoremon: (Snake 999 -square-)
Well another post, this time I plan to update on my health since I got more results back on Monday. I'm still feeling pointless though. )

Since the late winter/early spring I've felt so tired. Like not even just depressed tired. But I've had very little energy, and weak with hand strength & such. I at first just figured it was because I had given-up. I had a lot of stress & painful removals in the spring (and more recently), and I thought that I was so tired because I didn't feel much point with anything anymore. But I asked my doctor for bloodwork because it could also be my anaemia being a jerk. Well the first bloodwork showed my Iron was fine, but my white blood cell count was high. So another test, and one for a stomach ulcer, and no infection was found but the white blood cells were even higher. Waited 2 weeks and another test with again the count was high. I've been tested for mono', and that's been negative. No urinary track infections or flus. So Dr. Yafai thinks it could be a warning for something to develop with my bone marrow, like leukemia. I've got to go for bloodwork every 3 months now, and if the count reaches 20,000 he'll have my marrow tested. I have now had my blood tested 4 times in the past 3 months and on average it has been around 15,000.

I also had to see Dr. Ruddy (an ear's nose & throat specialist with a thick Scottish accent) because of that lump Dr. Saunders found, & I've also been having spells of a tightness in my throat & trouble swallowing. Usually the things I have trouble with are things neither liquid or solid--like soup or milkshakes. I had an endoscopy done, and I fucking hate them. It gave me the creeps because it felt like a long, thin snake was going down my throat. He didn't use anesthetic so I had a sore throat for days after too. He thought it might be my stomach causing some of it so on Thanksgiving weekend I also had to go do a barium X-ray/follow-through which is my least favourite test so far. I had one back in 2006 & couldn't keep the barium down, and this time I had to drink 2 smaller cups (one while standing, and one through a straw while laying down), and then 2 large ones in the waiting area (also take gas crystals to start, so my stomach was inflated). My body seems to reject me drinking it, like my throat wanting to close-off (it has the texture of paint or school glue, and a sweet, chemically taste to go with the paint+glue). So it took me awhile to drink it all. I was getting very angry at my mother going "come on, come on, get this show on the road!" and having a huffy fit while waiting. We also had to wait a long time to even begin because there was a problem with the equipments' generator. Anyway I got it all done, but felt hella nauseous (and kept tasting the barium in my burps). I had pizza but it didn't help, but I did spend the rest of the day at Mattsles, and mostly played "Killer Is Dead". His mother made meatloaf and that at least got rid of the bad taste.

I had a pounding headache when I got back, but I thought it was just the long day (my appointment was at 7:45AM & I got up around 6:00AM), and playing video-games on a big screen television that's also starting to darken with age. I had a bath & ate some French onion soup, took headache pills, and went right to sleep. But I still felt awful the next day. And by the end of it I was having awful intestinal cramps & bright pastel yellow+goldenrod diarrhea. And I couldn't keep much food down, or feel awful after eating. By Sunday I was also sweating profusely. After dinner on Monday I called 811 (Nova Scotia's HealthLink), and the registered nurse thought I might have had a tear somewhere, and the barium leaked into my system. She recommended I go to outpatients immediately. So after being wishy-washy about it for a couple hours, I got my mother to drive me up. I took my laptop & played DMMd for most of the wait. After 4 hours I finally was saw a Dr. Nick [well last name 'Optoff'(sp?) but he wanted to be called Dr. Nick--not sure if he liked "The Simpsons" or not. He was young & blue-eyed with curly blonde hair though. Dressed in the navy blue emergency uniform]. He diagnosed I was having a bad reaction to the barium. So he got a nurse named Paul to put my on IV. I had Gravol (which fucking burned), something like Advil that started with a 'T', lots of saline, & some dialodid(sp?). 2 of those by needles to my hip & the fatty part of my arm. My mom has in the past left me places, and 2 more hours had passed, so though mostly out of it from the Gravol+opioid I got Paul to go check that my mother was still there. She was pissy until she saw that I was on IV. I had to wait even after the 2ND saline because Paul didn't know if Dr. Nick wanted me to stay & have fluids. But it was fine so I got my mom to carry my stuff because I couldn't walk well & we left. I also got my first Hallowe'en Tim Horton's doughnut of the year on the way back. Actually 2, and I ate one when I got back plus a freezer panini sandwich, & a bag of cheese puffs because my stomach was settled so I was ravenous. I sle0t excellently that night. No dreams, or painful feelings beforehand, just the blackness of sleep. I'm mostly over it now, but I've still got a bit of a bruise on my left arm (couldn't find a good vein in my inner elbow, so had it in my wrist, but fuck it bled a lot & I think the Gravol caused more bruising/irritation), and my digestion isn't back to normal yet. Dr. Nick wondered if something could be up with my spleen to cause all the bruising I've been having & all the bleeding at minor things. Feeling around it didn't seem swollen though. But anyway, I'll probably have to have a different contrast medium for an X-ray in the future though.

You may have missed that I said "my laptop". Well my accountant Mr. Brian Neville gave me his old work laptop. I named it "R-2E-054" after Clear's original serial number. It's a Sony Vaio from 2010-2011 with Windows 7. He told me years ago I could have his old work computer (the company pays every few years), but the model couldn't easily be wiped so he couldn't give it to me. But he said the next one I could have instead. Well I didn't count on it, but about a month ago Debbie (who works the desk, but isn't a secretary. She has the credentials to sell/file/process insurance, but mostly does secretary work) called me early one morning. She said Brian had left a box for me on his desk, and I could pick it up when I was around. I expected his even older work laptop which he keeps bolted to his office desk to be there, but instead it was he more recent one. It has nicks & such from wear, but he even had all the little twist-ties for the cords still in the box. I started having problems with my Shaglehod so I've been glad to have it (first it was forgetting my settings & failing at recognising my harddrives, then a svchost.exe problem with it using 100% CPU). I've mostly just played DMMd & used Twitter via Janetter though. My ACNL post was made with it though.

As in my previous post, I got "Animal Crossing: New Leaf" on the 15TH. Now on those fears with it & on other things )

As for my own Hallowe'en events, I've been doing a lot this year since I don't know how my health will be next year, et cetera, et cetera. I went to see the Kentville Pumpkin People (and need to go retake pictures of an inflatable handsom cab outside Greenwood after the pictures corrupted when I Moved instead of Copied with that svchost.exe error and the lag turned my external harddrive off). I have pictures, but I can't get enough of a feeling that it matters to upload them. I did upload some to Twitpic though { }. I've also been eating a lot of Hallowe'en doughs from Tim Horton's. They have Boston cream ones with sprinkles & a sugar print-out circle on them. I've mostly had the bat & black cat ones. My main plan is tonight though where I'm going to a haunted house at the MacDonald museum in Middleton. I have a costume for Clear from "DRAMATICAL Murder" together, but I didn't like how my old Killua wig looked, so I ordered a proper wig and as of yesterday it still hasn't arrived. It may be in the may mail this morning, but the mail doesn't get sorted until 10:30AM-ish. I really was excited to dress-up as Clear for the haunted house, but if the wig isn't there today I guess I'll go without a costume. If it's not there tomorrow I'll have to use the Killua one. I did wash it at least, so it's ready. Most of the costume is stuff I already had, so it isn't all that accurate, but I still am giddy about dressing-up as him. I couldn't afford a Avon S10 gas mask (and when I saw the cheaper i had to go to Halifax so responsibly didn't buy one then), but I did by a clear plastic umbrella. If I knew some near a military depot type store, I'd ask them to look for me. My mom thought she'd take me to Annapolis Royal on the 31ST (they go all out, and I thought since I'm short/young looking I could sneak a bit of trick-or-treating in too), but she couldn't get the day off work, so I guess I'm handing-out candy instead. I hung ghosts out in the chestnut tree yesterday, and have 2 pumpkins to carve today or tomorrow. I don't know what to carve in them :/ I usually design my own patterns.

Well my ordered wig didn't arrive, so I wore my old Killua one. It didn't look the best, but it was better than nothing. I really enjoyed dressing-up as Clear. I'd actually like to do it more properly someday. The haunted house was kind of stupid & offensive (middle-school students acting like they thought mental patients would). Even the storyteller they had as terrible (I stayed for "The Yellow Ribbon" but then there was one about a man chopping limbs off his family's dog). But there was a lot on the first floor for little kids though, like face paint & macaroni art. I wore a gold opera mask for most of it because there was a bigger crowd than expected, and I didn't want to be recognised (a lot of the bullies I had in school now have kids & I worried they'd be there). I'm glad my mother decided to wait around because I was done with the place before 7:00PM :/ I did like the fake books they had stuck on the museum's gift shop shelves. One was like "How To Easily Train Your Black Cat" which made me think of my Lydie. And they gave me a purple (my favourite colour) glow bracelet at least. Also I seem to have snagged my white boots on something there because I had a hole in them when I got back, so I'm pissed about that too. My first time wearing them (I had to take the price tags off that day ffs), and I got them from Zellers years ago. There was all kinds of stuff in the hallways that brush against people, so I suspect that was what caused it (It looks like a cup hook mark).

Also I forgot that Tuesday I got my 2 pumpkins for jack-o'-lanterns, and while I was waiting for the seller's help (Avery's sells them by the pound up but no more than $5.00), a woman interrupted and snootily pointed at the 2 I had & goes "I want that one, and that one.". I told her I had already picked them out & was just waiting to pay, so she got right huffy & gave me dirty looks the whole time it took to pay/load them into the car. On Thursday afternoon I carved that Sock's (cute cat) pattern into one, but didn't know what to carve into the 2ND. I then remembered the screenshot of Clear when he punches the brainwashed Morpheus Ribstez members (I didn't want to do another gas mask where I carved 999!Zero last year, but I only had a few minutes before trick-or-treater time). So I went to print it off, but my printer decided to be out of ink. So I freehanded it instead by looking at the image on my 3DS for reference. Luckily since I've been making my own patterns for around 10 years, I know well how much space is needed to maintain integrity, et cetera, et cetera (that probably wasn't explained well). I'll try to get myself pumped enough to make a proper pattern of it someday. I haven't even uploaded my design from last year though.

As can be seen in the next entry, I decorated more, including a "Ghostbusters" singing ghost. That video was taken before I hung my window lights up (the ones I won in elementary school for a pumpkin I carved then), or got the Clear pumpkin set-up. I took pictures after though that I'll try to upload. I didn't get many of myself though. I didn't take the brats out for a walk in the morning as I planned to either, but I did put festive collars on them for an hour-ish. Lydia didn't have a good time this year, unlike last year. She acted very scared the whole evening, and I was even worried she'd have some sort of spell. She just wasn't herself until yesterday (Friday, November 1ST), and was tired all morning. I told her she wasn't a very good black Hallowe'en cat, but I was worried about her. Timid Nicki on the other hand was quite perky (and as can be seen in the next entry, still loves pumpkins). Minnow even ran outside while I was setting-up the Clear pumpkin. And surprised me by running to the vack door to come back in after I said to her that it wasn't a good time at all to escape (Hallowe'en).

On my way! on Twitpic Me in front of that hansom cab, on Twitpic Cat on Twitpic I freehanded a carving of Clear. #DMMd on Twitpic

I brought stuff in around 9:00PM, and reheated garlic fingers & got ready to watch the 1922 "Nosferatu". I had been drinking diluted perry most of the evening (after having it with supper), and had the rest with it too so got quite contently tipsy. I also ate cookies I had baked the day before (chocolate chip oatmeal with Reece's Pieces in them too). I love in the 1922 retelling that Jonathan kisses a picture of Nina (Mina) while scared in his room (right after the count menaced him by being weird about blood from a cut Jonathan had). I also love in the novel how he makes notes of trivial things to tell Mina, and being the character that types the diaries up she even keeps the notes in it. I dislike consensual/actively seeking each other Dracula/Mina, preferring my loyal light of all lights Mina (the Van Helsing conversation is where Lorrie's 'lights in the darkness' comes from). So it contents me that in the 1922 silent film they take it so far that she breaks the Nosferatu curse. I love Mina. Sure she can be stupid at times (not getting that of course Lucy could be wandering around in just her nightdress without shoes on), and cares too much about what people think. But she is so clever & level-headed. I know some people dislike her "I want to be an excellent wife & help my husband!", but I don't. Anyway, if you can see "Nosferatu" I recommend it. I bought it on DVD off ebay for about $3.00USD XD And just as I finished Tom really surprised me by inviting me to his New Leaf town for pieces of the Spooky set, so I got comfortable again & did. His villagers kept ambushing me (the Hallowe'en event was on in HoleTown, but I'd set my Nintendo 3DS clock back so Frampton's hadn't begun yet). I ended-up running from them from place to place like from monsters. Limburgh(sp?) & Teddy still changed part of my outfit into the patchwork set though. My lovely cute outfit :( (white lily, purple glasses, beaded top, black formal skirt, black stockings, & black tasselled loafers). I did buy a princess dress & other cute things in HoleTown though. I still haven't done the Hallowe'en event in Frampton though. Too tired Thursday, hopped-up on muscle relaxants Friday, so may get to today. I'm not feeling the game enough to really go out of my way, so :/

I also finally did the Hallowmas & Liberation Of Night events )

Lastly I guess I'll ramble about the findings with Dr. Saunders. The X-rays showed that the bone may not connect right, but is inmgood shape & not worn down/deteriorated as I feared. She also found that my sternocleidomastoid & masseter muscles are hella tight, like she compared the neck ones to guitar or cello strings made of meat. She doesn't know if the tightness is caused my the jaw irritation or the tightness causes the increased irritation. But any way she put me on a soft food diet (which I've mostly been following, except for chewy bread/crust, and notice when I don't follow it. Like I had something sticky earlier in the week and felt how much my muscles hurt when I used my tongue to get it off my teeth), and wrote me a referral for massage therapy to try to loosen the muscles. She also recommended a bite plate to try, but at $1,200+ dollars for something that might not help and isn't covered by my insurance, I'm going to pass on it--I don't want one anyway. If massage therapy doesn't work she has that I should talk with Dr. Saxon about injections for pain & also Botox to help the muscles. I'm also to stay on my Vimovo for inflammation. She doesn't think surgery should be thought of until I've tried a lot of other things, so we'll see. The surgery would be to break & align my jaw how it should be in the left socket. But it'd also be $10,000-ish & hella painful with other risks. At least the instances where I'd lose hearing & be unable to eat have been fewer now. Dr. Saunders also felt something like a cyst in my neck where I've been having trouble, but Dr. Ruddy doesn't think it needs treatment as it is.

I also got my knee brace ordered from Sole's Provider, but haven't gone to pick it up (because I'm waiting for a refund from SunLife so I'll have the funds). I also finally broke-down and got lenses of my new prescription put in my old spare frames. I haven't been able to find eyeglass frames I like, so at least I liks my spares & only wore them a few times. My right eye (my 'good' eye, my left has an astigmatism. I'm also nearsighted) has gotten worse since my last examination & I have had trouble reading books in this dark old house, so now I can see better. I had my last pair of eyeglasses since 2007 (but had examinations after that, though the prescriptions expired due to me not finding frames). I still need to get the nose piece replaced with something like my old pair though, as this is a bit too tall & I see it out of the corner of my eye and think my glasses are dirty/I've got Kleenex snagged in it.

Oh and we had a rain & wind storm Thursday & Friday so I doubt I'll get to go to that corn maze this year because it's probably been flattened/ruined by said storm.

I've uploaded some pictures & linked to the PhotoBucket album in the next post after this.

I can edit my user-picture, add pictures, & such later with LJ.NET since it loads the raw text to edit & not the messed-up like the new update page does (it changes things to the alt& etc.). The messing-up stuff is why I backed-up stuff to [ profile] ladys_rambles so much. It can't do 'do not add to RS feeds & Friends' Pages' like the old update page, and I haven't figured-out backdating, but custom Moods & drop-down user-pictures is lovely.

I'll add ■ where I might upload picture's later.

On Monday I went with Matts to Sushi Fang in Greenwood. We both got their bento boxes, but I got sashimi, and he got beef teriyaki, then we split them 50/50. They give more tempura if you eat in, but less rice & miso soup than with take-out. It was so, so much food though D: We devoured it all, but were both hella sleepy/walking blobs for the rest ofnthe day. Their bento boxes come with: miso soup, rice, salad (lettuce with a mayonnaise like sauce), tempura (eggplant, yam, shrimp, & broccoli), 3 California rolls, & a main [beef teriyaki, sashimi (6 pieces, but we got 7), hibachi chicken, salmon teriyaki, or sushi (5 pieces)]. All for about $16.00 ($12.95+15% tax). I've only had their bento & a tempura udon (so, so good D: But I could eat tempura or/and noodles/pasta all day anyway). We also split (*ba-dum-tish*) a deep-fried banana. They gave us the honey (tasted like maple syrup though) & sesame kind instead of the chocolate & ice-cream kind, but brought us a piddly amount of ice-cream when we told them the mistake. I was so, so good D: My damn tooth (old filling, got am appointment afternoon today though, after my last one had to be cancelled due to sick Nicolas) kept being cold sensitive though, so I had to eat the cool bits on one side :/ I also got iced tea, which besides from Arizona green is not something I drink very often.

I also borrowed money from Matts and bought a 100 spindle of blank DVDs since they were on sale for about $30. I planned to get a smaller spindle, but he offered so I got the massive one. Now to burn off things I've been meaning to send to peeps.

Ardene (one of my favourite stores) has closed since I was at the Greenwood Mall last. The Inside Story bookstore moved to a nearby old store, and is now no longer in the mall and is also now just one cheap looking room. They just sell books & cards now (I used to get art supplies there & gift items), have a Wal*Mart variety, & pretty much is not the store they were. There old place felt like a bookstore, had variety, & was helpful (I waited over 10 minutes in the new place for one of the 2 workers to assist me in an otherwise empty store). I think they even got rid of the old manager :[ The mall has also lumped together all the clearance items from various stores into where the La Senza used to be. They only have 25% off and most of it left is broken though. There were 2 large faux stone wall arts there that Douchette & I kept joking about (he even laughed saying he'd buy them to put on either side of one of my room's windows):

After we hobbled to the transit bus & hung-out back at his place. I played more "The Unfinished Swan" [giving the controller to him when the Nighttime level started really creeping me out (you have to stay in the small bits of light, while navigating through a pitch-black forest...where giant glowy-eyed spider things can attack you...and actually kill Monroe. Very little music too, only the sounds of the spiders rustling about, your running, Monroe's heartbeat & cries when not in the light, and crickets)]. I love how creative that game is! But it has to be played in little bits because it can become tedious. I got up until the page about The King creating love, then it was supper time.

Matt's stepdad cooked stuffed & Shake-n-Bake chicken breasts, with mashed potaties, & vegetables. I was glad & surprised he did (the last few times I've visited, Matt's mom has been going to pick us up supper, but he has said we'd already had ate, but tells us she is bringing something, so we don't cook, and thus miss supper. That's the ind of person he is :/ ). And it was delisous~ We were surprised how hungry we were since it had only been 4-5 hours since the massive Sushi Fang meal. After we both were even sleepier D:

I also played with the character creator in "SoulCaliber V". I made a knight!Lorel (or The Lonely Knight) because there is a character named Hilde that is a female knight-type. So I picked her fighting style, but chose a hella long trident & bastard sword. The nose on the face I picked isn't quite right, and she doesn't have that much top-lip-dip-thing, and the cheeks aren't podgy enough (which is one of my favourite things of her), but the rest is close to my head!image (or at least in the SoulCalibur style!).

I even managed to get the right type of voice--except the accent. Her whole under armour (which is not the Hilde!armour, and took me ages to get all the pieces edited to be in the same colour scheme) is bandages under multi button-fronted trousers & a billowy/poet shirt, with a blue leather vest over top. I am terrible at the game so I didn't actually play her much, but I did beat Ezio (from Assassin's Creed) over the head with the trident quite a lot! The Hilde fighting style is a long range melee weapon for the main attacks, but a sword or other such short ranged weapon for closer attacks. Also kicking/stomping and not very graceful tossing (but pretty fast given the whole covered in armour thing).

Trying the My LJ/Portal posting thing. Shame it lacks User-Picture selection & such, but the submit/such buttons aren't disabled like the new main update page. I Locked my last 2 entries (rambling, almost crying, & upset Voice Posts), so this is a bullet formed attempt here.

→I am about still, not online, feeling very low (Alberta low), pointless, scared, & such. But still floundering about.

→I had to go with mom to have Lotty [Charlotte] put down on Tuesday. )

→My Nintendo 3DS got back on February 10TH. The hinge is fixed! I also got 9 StreetPasses (1 person twice). One from Antigua, one from Alaska, one from Colorado, and the rest from Washington. They set it back in time 2 years (January 2011), ran some applications that show as a bunch of "??????????". a DS Demonstration program, opened my Internet Browser, then set the time back.
→I haven't been doing much with it though, but did play until Chapter 7 in "Professor Layton and the Unwound Future" (since I finally watched my Eternal Diva DVD). The Slot Machine Gun was so, so cool.

→I managed to play 'Echo Bazaar' for the Feast of the Exceptional Rose. But fucked-up & am 3 Masquing short for Lettice. So I wasted the money, Nex, & all that time. )

→I missed Winterfest this year because being low means I don't deal with dates/time well.
→I bought cheesecake for my mom & I for Saint Valentine's Day. Besides having a card to send Armie (not sent because she sent me a letter, and I want to stick both my response & the card together). I also got a box of pirate valentines, & sent 2 of those out too. And that was how I spent it. I knew my mailbox thing wouldn't get response as I didn't advertise it, and I chose not to reactivate my Twitter for it. Since it was a choice of being alone, or dealing with mass removals & Blocking.
→Because I am terrified that people are just waiting to pounce on doing such as soon as it's activated. I really don't know what to do about my Twitter. I hate feeling so hated. )
→And I really don't know what to do about my Twitter & just everything.

→I did finally manage to get a copy of "The Erciyes Fragments".
→And I had reinstalled Bloodlines last weekend, but haven't played past the tutorial with all the other things happening. I am having to play without the official patch though, since it seems it was the cause of the not saving screenshots & getting stuck in windowed mode from my last time installing before my reformat. There are work-arounds if I encounter the bugs at least. And it's no different than when I played it extensively last time as I had no Internet to download the patch anyway. I'm using the extra stat dots on character creation glitch this time too, as I planned playing this time for the story & a distraction.
→By the way: Beckett is so cool. I wonder if he'll glitch & stay in wolf!form this time too? [Every time I met Beckett in 2007-2009 he stayed as a blue wolf, and thus all my conversations were him talking to Zinnian's crotch]
→Zinnian/Alexander has changed since first creation. Though I guess I and him are older now. I'd still give him higher Auspex than Celerity, and NO Presence though. And he still is a terrible Toreador. And still would rather be Independent. So if I do play Bloodlines again, I'm not going to focus on Seduction so much this time, and I gave him points in Scholarship (which having been a university student, he'd have).
→I should type a character sheet thing using that role-play template for him.

Stuck it all together. I hate the new update/edit page.

I cannot express how grateful I am, and I have no idea how to respond!

I was going to post about "Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward" & my Sea Monkeys, but I've been miserable all evening so I was going to post about that. Instead I reinstalled my scanner, and scanned the covers of 3 doujinshi I've had ranging from between 2008 to the begining of last September. Mainly because I've been asked about finishing my scan of that huge Shink anthology; "For My Love".

And here are 2 "The Legend of Zelda" postcards I got (probably from samuraicar--who I greatly recommend!) with one of the Shink doujinshi (I may re-scan them as I see there is a fair bit of lint that showed-up):

I scanned the whole Souji/Naoto doujinshi and it can be found {HERE} [also I ship Naoto/Kanji moreso]

So [ profile] boobjection informed me that there is going to be a new Ace Attorney game. I am excited even though I haven't finished Justice For All (I played a bit of it last night though, and know where I am again!), or started Apollo Justice or the Edgeworth game. I really hope it has Godot in it though. The ending is left vague as to his fate, though I have it as he survived and was put on trial. Godot/Armando is my favourite Ace Attorney character, and one that I've even RPed in the past (along with Phoenix stuck in a cellular-telephone--I kept getting the 'e' & 'n' switched so decided to go for Crack). I know he is a bastard (and not the best to women), but I love him like a film noir character. And he really is very sad.

Spoilers for Trials and Tribulations )

I also started "Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance" since my package from [ profile] alchemy_hisoka arrived yesterday. I originally just played the tutorial, but I got a lot of reminders of "Kingdom Hearts II" when Braig & Ansem showed-up (the cutscene after the optional tutorial). I really haven't played much of any of the Kingdom Hearts games besides II & 358/2 days, since I dislike Riku, and Sora tends to annoy me. I really love Organization XIII though, so the thought of a reoccurrence of them makes me happy. My favourite KH character is Demyx, but I still love Roxas & Axel--especially AkuRoku. I love that in 358/2 Days that Demyx is a playable character, but I really hate that the other Organization XIII besides Roxas are weaker & more awkward in combat. Meaning enemies take a lot more hits to kill with the Melodious Nocturne & Arpeggio than with Roxy. I'm not minding DDD too much though, and I like getting two sides to each World. Maybe it's because they're older/because of their struggles but I'm not getting as infuriated with Riku & Sora as I did in KH or KHII. Riku is still a bit of a jerk though, but he is trying as seen with his interaction with Quasimodo. I'm currently stuck on Riku's Wargoyle boss battle though, and keep dying horribly. It seems to be able to kill you in 3 hits, and even less with those damn glowing fireball things. If I am a second late with a dodge, I better be fast with Cure or I'm dead next hit. I have died so many times just as I hit to heal. I may just Drop back to Sora so I can continue the story a bit longer until I am able to fight that Wargoyle without flailing in frustration. I'll have to fight him with Sora, but most people are claiming his fight is easier when I searched on Google to make sure I was doing Riku's right (I am, and that's pretty much ATTACK VICIOUSLY & DODGEDODGEDODGE). I will also say that I wish Riku had kicked Judge Frollo off of Notre-Dame! Why did Judge Frollo get an E For Everyone rating? )

Here is my adorable Komory Bay though!:

The concept for DDD is kinda creepy though, but the premise of the first world is especially. I'll put it behind a LJ-Cut, even though it's revealed about 14 minutes in (and I already said it on Plurk/Twitter).OoooOOooo )

Well first off, August 15TH is my Zinnian/Alexander character's birthday. If I was going by the 'canonical' birthday year for him, he'd be 27 years-old. I think if was 2004 when I created him, back when [ profile] just_picture_me and I were talking almost daily. I still don't really know what became of her, she moved and then every online activity of hers stopped. I last got a text-message from her in late October 2007, before the move/number change. Anyway; Zinnian is a vampire with one blue eye & one green eye, a bad haircut, and a big nose. Some facts I never really stated before is that he is 1/4 Brazilian, raised by his Aunt Lily, and is from rural British Columbia--Victoria Island actually. I love how [ profile] ahnjehleehn draws him, by the way.

Well I haven't been posting as there really isn't much point to it. In general I don't even think there is much point to me though.
I've been debating deactivating my accounts, but won't, even though sometimes it feels like what is wanted. )

But as for what I've been up to, well I had my orthopedic surgeon appointment, had to change physiotherapists, went to the Kentville courthouse museum, got Sea Monkeys, got the True Ending & Axe Ending in "9 Hours, 9 Persons, 9 Doors", and cleaned my room.

The appointment didn't go well. The doctor seemed to look down on me as I was unemployed, and to be more interested in if I had a job than my knee. The thing with my mother must be in my medical records, so I had to explain it after vague responses just lead to more questions. He did refer me off for an MRI though, so at least there is that. It could be up to 6 months until I have it though :/ (I got in for one in a few days when I had that concussion though).

Patrick got a placement in Halifax so he had to leave Soldiers' Memorial Hospital. So my last appointment was with one of the other physiotherapists. The appointment went really well and she was nice & alright to talk to (though not as much as Pat). We went over things and tried ultrasound & acupuncture, and I was relieved that it seemed like things were at least going to be all right with it. I was at first quite upset that I was having to switch, and that Pat never mentioned his leaving until my last appointment with him. I really dreaded having to start over again after about 6 sessions. Anyway she told me she was going to check-up on me a few days after, to see if the acupuncture helped and if not to see if it would be best to wait until my MRI since no-one really knows just what is wrong until then. She called and I told her that as the weekend was hella damp that I had a lot of pain with it so I couldn't tell if it had helped or not. So we planned on another session after the Exhibition is over (I didn't know what day I wad going). ...Well this morning she just left a voicemail message saying that as it isn't helping much (it is helping though) that I probably should just have my files discharged. Like what the fuck? We just spoke on Monday, and things were fine, and now I'm expected to decide to leave treatment, not even wait until my MRI, but to discharge myself from physiotherapy. So there again goes my sense of relief/stability & trust. I waited until they closed and did my best to leave a calm message pretty much asking "why?". I think this is going to be a 'phone tag' situation since I'm going away tomorrow and don't want the impending telephone call to ruin my day. It is probably because since they are now down a physiotherapist, that they are trying to cut-down on patients. But it is so 'out of the blue' (not Boy Blue) that it is upsetting. Like again; we spoke not even 3 days ago :/

The daytrip to Kentvile was lovely. It was really cold & rainy that morning, but it had swttled by the time we left the museum. The courthouse was a mix of Victorian/Edwardian, mystery, Canadian history, Phoenix Wright (not [ profile] phoneix_wright), Nova Scotia, and such wonderful. My favourite part was the the hidden pictures in the faux wood grain done by Brian Forsyth (not Gideon Forsyth**). The pictures I took can be found {HERE} and {HERE} (Facebook now allows more than 200 pictures per Album, but after 200 it splits into their ridiculously slow 'load more' thing, and also makes editing the album glitchy).

Also while in Kentville we stopped into R D Chisholm Limited (which I've called a Pharmasave before ^^;) and they were having a save on toys. One of the items was 'discounted for quick sale' kits of Sea Monkeys. And I bought one. I also bought "Five Minute Mysteries" by Ken Weber, a pack of 'Multicultural' Crayola markers (various skin tones), and a Nova Scotia shotglass (I collect shotglasses!). They had a book on Sir Isaac Brock [who(m) I love♥♥♥♥) but I didn't want to take from my TELUS bill money, so I called The Inside Story (bookstore in Greenwood) and ordered it in (I'll have to pick it up next week though).

And again on Sea Monkeys: I started them on the 28TH of July and now it is Day #20 and they are doing ridiculously well. They are getting huge! There is one that sometimes follows me along the tank like some fish do, and I've named them/it 'Julius'. I think they are growing the grasper things so I think Julius might be a male. Male Sea Monkeys have little appendages by their faces which they use for fighting & mating (mine aren't old enough for that yet!). Also Julius is now larger than the rest (I've got 3 large ones, a few mid-size, and some tiny babies). ...I was thinking of Orange Julius at the time and not Caesar (though somewhat relatedly I also love Cassius Dio). Orange Julius products are now being sold at the nearest Dairy Queen, though sadly not my favoutite kind which is the Pineapple Julius (with a banana).

I've been documenting them because I promised @Bostonbookworm, and posting rambling videos to YouTube & pictures to Photobucket. I haven't uploaded a bunch of videos, but I've got up to Day #14 on Photobucket. I'll upload them when I can be assed to go seriously on my Shaglehod next, because last time I was I had to wait for them to convert to .AVI (my camera saves video in ridiculously huge file sized .MOVs) with SUPER© (I also use AllToAVI). I haven't yet increased their volume or combined some with Windows MovieMaker.

The album is here (sub albums mostly, but the main has the scanned instructions):

My YouTube also has a video of Lydia hunting a housefly, and a video of a type of caterpillar we've not seen before.

Have I mentioned enough how much I love Snake? I finally finished the True Ending, and before I started the Axe Ending (which was messed and Junpei's face at the bracelets is what creeped me out more than the rest D: ) I replayed a bunch of the rooms and oh gawh the things I didn't examine before/conversations I missed XD Like examining lights, or the shadow puzzle in the Casino! There is a part where you have to shine two lights through two ornaments to make a club, spade, and a heart. Well if you only turn one on and then examine it, Junpei states that it looks like "A woman...something with a pointy upside-down butt... Hm...". Snake is all taken aback and after Junpei repeats himself, Snakes says "It sounds like a rather sensual shadow-play.". Also he comments that Junpei tends to talk to himself a lot XD Junpei's train of thought with things too is hilarious. The 1st Class Cabin is my favourite room, and I wish someone would draw me a picture of Junpei on Snake's shoulders while they dump the vase of water over Seven's head.--I tried, but just in "myNotebook: Tan"...

I also somewhat ship Junpei/Clover though Jumpy/Kanny is adorable, I don't care for Zero!Akane/Junpei. I rarely ship pairings in things, but the 'accidental' hand-touching in the Library and the trust & comfort scenes make me prefer Junpei/Clover. Though Lotus/Seven is great & quite canonical XD

I also really am poor at sudokus -___-

First off, HERE is a video of Nicki & Lydie washing each other ---> { }

Well yesterday [July 14TH, 2012] my mother & I went to Dalhousie Days out/up in West Dalhousie. West Dalhousie is located on the South Mountain, and is very, very rural. Quite a ways into it is also where [ profile] krogoth5 used to live, and is a place I've been to so, so many times :/ I haven't been since...2005? but I wanted to go to Dalhousie Days this year to see the reptile show that they were hosting. And besides from gas & a hella long drive the price is free (excluding $5 for optional breakfast). It isn't the event that it used to be, but the now organisers seem to be trying to get it more attention and things for a 'hip-er' crowd (holding a video dance & variety show). I got breakfast which was 2 pancakes, 3 sausages, & some-sort of murky juice (the jug said 'orange', but it tasted kinda like peach, so I figure they mixed them). The pancakes were burnt on the outside, but had a nice fluffy texture. But I only managed to eat one (my mother had the other) & the sausages as I wasn't feeling very well [I did not sleep well the night before--between the heat & a dream about Hal-Con 2011 (I fell asleep to eTalk covering Comic-Con) that put me in a very grumpy mood (I spent a lot of money, trust, & belief for it, and felt unwanted, in the way, & ditched for most of it)]. But after I ate we went around and looked at the tables of things some people were selling, and also bought 4 envelopes of tickets for the Chinese suction. My mom bought me a faux wood peacock ring, and later that day also a pineapple one too ($3 each). There wasn't much I was interested in for the auction, but I did fail to win passes for Oaklawn Farm & Upper Clements Park though. I also StreetPassed with 2 kids that were also attending, and even got to StreetPass with FreakyForms (It seems no-one I StreetPass with has that game, or has nothing set-up to send out with it)! So now Saunder, Lorrie, & Pïäté are Visitors on Planet Ethan C. :}

And then after lunch, Bingo, & the children's games had temporarily been put-away, Maritime Reptile Adventures set-up. They brought 7 reptiles to show [they planned to bring an 8TH (some sort of red snake), but he was filled-up with fluid getting ready to shed his skin, so they didn't think the loooong trip would be very fun for him]; 3 lizards, 3 snakes, & a tortoise~

Bandit: a male Taiwanese beauty
Peaches: a female German giant bearded dragon
Illusion: a male speckled king snake
Stitch: a male water monitor
Tortilla: a female red-footed tortoise
Jigsaw: a male ball python
Bear: a male black & white tegu

I really enjoyed it, and it seemed like at least Mike (a zookeeper) loved what he was doing. I also really loved Peaches and got to hold her on my lap twice. I fond it adorable that she was named such a cute name, and that her favourite food is strawberries. I also learned that they think she is about 6 years-old, but aren't certain as she was found abandoned & wandering around Halifax. I also loved Tortilla, and she took off and trottled around the floor when she was put on it (even running over my foot XD ). I thought being named after a 'little cake' was so cute, and also learned that she goes...well bananas for bananas ("I like bananas. Bananas are good.") XD And Bear was also awesome! He was just like a big cuddly lug, and I kept being reminded of Nicolas (my middle brat) & Bear from ".Hack//Sign" XD

The rest of the pictures I took can be found {HERE}

Also there is 3 short videos I took of the reptile show {HERE}

I also recently played the "Rhythm Thief & the Emperor's Treasure" demo' and now I really want the game. The music is lovely, and the main character looks really cool. My favourite mini-game from the demo was 'Looting the Louvre', and my favourite pose is for C-Rank. I took a pretty poor quality video of me playing the demo, and the soundtrack can be found {HERE}. Sadly I've blown my video-game budget until the autumn (excluding pre-ordering "Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward"), and I'm trying to save-up some for the Annapolis Valley Exhibition next month.

But last night I bought "Mighty Switch Force!" as it was $5 off until 9:00PM PST today, which means I only paid $3.15CAD for it--though I used my Nintendo eShop balance. It's about a cybernetic cop named Patricia tracking-down escaped prisoners/Space Hooligans. It's all done in Megaman-type sprites (which are 3-D layered if one chooses to use the 3DS' slider), and is really not a very serious game. I'm currently stuck at the end of 'Incident .12' because there is a tricky jump & switch that I can't seem to time right, and just end-up- squishing myself, or landing on spikes. Here is a 'realistic' art of Officer Wagon. And since that page links to the OST on BandCamp {and is no longer really Free :/ [virt (yes THAT virt) & WayForward originally posted it to be free]}, here can hopefully be found a .ZIP of it on MediaFire.

Lastly; I am on the room after the Library in "9 Hours, 9 Persons, 9 Doors" (is it officially now "Zero Escape: 9 Hours, 9 Persons, 9 Doors"/"Zero Escape: 999"?). I haven't been playing much, but I have completed the steering wheel puzzle, and the number balls computer puzzle (and I thought how each ball was a different colour was really cool) now. I love Seven & Snake's banter, especially when Seven calls Snake 'kid' XD Like when Seven said something like 'Hurry-up, or we'll be here 'till the cows come home', and Snake replied 'Well then at least we wouldn't have to bring them back ourselves'. Also when Snake corrected Jupei's "Like they say, practice makes prefects!" with "Don't you mean '-Practice makes perfect-'?" and Junpei told him to do the puzzle himself then. ...The puzzle was on a computer screen and involved sorting coloured numbered balls. So yeah; make the blind guy do a quite sight-required puzzle while everyone is in a hurry because the ship is sinking. Well it might work slowly with a screen reader describing things--and Snake probably could find a way to do it anyway. Snake~♥ XD

I've also been rewatching "Gallery Fake" (one of my favourite animes)~ I want a Rhythm Thief & "Gallery Fake" crossover now though! And I've beeing trying to rewatch/finish original "The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi" anime which I started back when I had my wisdom teeth out ^^; (so 2006 or 2007) BURNT VCDS XD

Well MediaFire keeps losing connection while uploading, so I'm going to leave it and hope that it uploads overnight :/

It uploaded! So a .ZIP of the "Mighty Switch Force!" OST is now in my Music MediaFire folder --- >

Well today started-out alright (Eventhough I slept in late because I felt achey & worried that I was getting sick). I found-out that there is going to be an update for the 3DS on Wednesday. It is supposed to "help organise the Home screen", so maybe folders. I hope copy&paste or autofill is added to the Internet Browser, or Bookmarks saved to the SD Card to ease the limit on them. There are rumours of patch support too, so maybe downloadable content will be added or become more common. I also bought the redone original "Kid Icarus", which I played on a GameBoy at the IWK moments before I went into surgery when I was little. And the Animal Crossing for 3DS release date was announced for Japan in 3RD Quarter 2012. So I even less regret buying "Animal Crossing Wild World" to play now (it hasn't arrived yet). I also watched an episode of "Ringer" and it had a florist in it that sounded like the TV Newscaster from "Vampire: the Masquerade - Bloodlines" (did Brian Mitsoda voice him?), and I laughed so hard. I've been thinking about starting that game up again so hard lately. A new game but playing my Toreador the same way, as I keep thinking of things and wanting to replay them (like "Traffik!"(sp?), and the 'it scares me right bad' haunted "Ocean House"). But Kotaku also mentioned "Grim Fandango" today, so I now really want ro play that again too (but I don't have a disk anymore as it was one of the things I lost when my mom kicked me out).

...But the afternoon lead to crap... )

So now I am finishing another cup of tea, & trying to steady enough to mend one of my dress shirts. Then I am going to head-off to attempt sleeps (though I suck at it lately), or maybe read more of "The Wrong Box" then attempt sleeps [a fantastic book that I greatly recommend! It's by Lloyd Osbourne & his stepfather; Robert Louis Stevenson. (but then again I chose it as Cassius' favourite book, so maybe it is not the best read for tonight)]. Tomorrow I need to search for where I claimed my Knowledge First (or whatever it was called back then) withdrawal on my income-tax back in 2008, and try to guard myself for Monday.--I'm going to go to my first legal advice/looking-into of the *poof* education money (luckily the person I'm seeing is my old financial adviser & family friend, so I don't have to worry about fees yet). And then I will have a hella long bath.

Oh, & there is an interview I should share (if I go on my Shaglehod again)! A Fox News reporter interviewed Kevin Bieksa, but thought that he was interviewing Ryan Kesler (I assume by the background noises it was rinkside, so Bieksa was wearing his own uniform too). Bieksa thus made a good but ridiculous Kesler impersonation. He kept praising America & everything. It was wonderful XD

*flump* Well I'm not going to that meeting now today.

Today Minnow Tora Dumphy turned 8 years-old!~♪

Next month on the 20TH will be the anniversary of scooping her up from that barn, but today we had a little 'party' for her. It wasn't as fancy as the one we had for Lydia (which I STILL need to make a post on :/), mostly since I haven't managed to get to a mall or to New Minas, eventhough I expected to before now. But I did make her a little hat (which I forgot to take a picture of her wearing), give her a new toy, and gave all 5 cats a treat of a can of tuna. Then her & Nicki were tied on the nice green lawn for about an hour in the sunshine.

Minnow on the day I brought her here! So tiny and not!orangey. The people had advertised that it was a litter of 'grey tiger kittens', which it was not a litter of. There was one marked like her only a boy, an all grey kitten, and a little girl. The couple's son got on his hands-and-knees to pull the girl out of an empty lawn mower box. As soon as I held her she latched onto my shirt and made a tiny cry. So though he said that there was another kitten around, I stated that I was going to take the one I was holding. She sat on my lap in my shirt & hat (I used to wear button-up shirts & a bucket hat) all the way home. She huddled under a blanket when I sat her on my bed, and hid from Wendy, Belle, & Molly.

I also posted a drabble to commemorate Cassius getting Saunder 2 years ago. It can be read here, but it is Custom FriendS' Locked. I know there isn't much point in keeping Lorel gender things locked now, but it is still ambigious on first glance. If you'd like to read it, I can e-mail it or something though!
ladynoremon: (Ronald Knox)
Freakyforms is a "Nintendo eShop" game for the Nintendo 3DS. The point is to make creatures, and thus grow & explore your own little planet. You can only create a limited amount a day, and you can only explore for a limited amount of time each trip. In each section there is various foods to eat (everything from mushrooms, to lollipops), quests to do (like break all the green balloons, or transport another Formee across' the map), treasure chests to find keys for, various Formees to meet, etc. A lot of the features are locked at first, so it can be a bit tedious, but after you do more things there is quite a lot more freedom. There are 4 zones to unlock (by making a certain number of Formees): Meadow (grass/country), Ocean (tropical with a giant sunken pirate ship), City (full of fast food & racing), & Skyland (a magical candyland in the clouds). Each part of the scenery in each zone can either be edited, and/or have the colours changed. I've pretty much left all of it as is, just changing a few things, but I did change the most in Skyland.

The Formees that you make can be exported as pictures, and also QR Codes so that you can share them with people. The game also works with StreetPass, but given my rural area, I have yet to experience that part of the game. There are also a lot of in-game Formees to collect (by doing quests, challenges, or winning them in the Jackpot Egg thing). Also no matter their gender, all Formees lay eggs after eating foods.

I said that I'd share some of my Freakyforms things, so here is a post for it. I've had this game since January 27TH, but I've only really posted about it on Facebook or GetGlue. Also my planet is named 'Planet Calufrax', which is the name of an planet from the "Doctor Who" episode "The Pirate Planet" (one of my all-time favourite episodes!)~

All the Formees I have made can be found over {HERE} (the ones at bottom are from Creation Challenges), but below are a few of my favourites:

Lorrie is the first Formee that I created (hence why she is facing that way), and my preferred one to Explore with. Yes, a female peacock that is not a peahen. Yes, based-off of Cassius. I find it so amusing that she is obsessed with food. And it made me laugh so hard that in the tutorial the quest is to find & eat a mushroom, and she was SO EXCITED to eat it. Her voice is Playful (you can select different styles, and then pitches), and sounds very boyish, but the pitch I have it at is a bit feminine. Her 'catch phrase' is 'Yeorw', like a peafowl.

Pïäté is my first attempt at making a Formee with wheels, fins, and wings. I also made him kinda like a punk. I just love how versatile he is, and how grumpy he sounds!

Dalek is an attempt at making a Dalek! I love how a lot of it is animated (the gun shoots, the lights rotate, etc.) It also has an Angry voice, instead of a Robotic one.

I also tried to make a TARDIS. I should maybe have used the police light for the top, but it just didn't seem to suit.

More under here )

Another feature of Freakyforms is to set-up scenery and to take a picture of a Formee in it. This can then be saved as a .JPG or put in your mailbox to send to someone if you StreetPass with them (you can also set-up 3 Formees to send randomly via StreetPass). I haven't taken many pictures because it is limited, and you can only store 14 at a time, but here are a few:

Dalek taking over the city. This is my StreetPass photo'.

And lastly I took some AR pictures, but I don't really care for how they are set-up.

Lorrie (and I would have made her neck longer, but I didn't have many shapes when I first started the game)

Gil Fishman (a Formee you can unlock) reminds me of a Classic!"Doctor Who" creature

And that's all I shall post for tonight! I have a bunch of Miis/QR Codes to share, and I took another lot of "AR Games" Mii pictures. But I've used-up my mental/emotional capacity for the Internet for now. I've uploaded the stuff to Photobucket already though.

I've had these taken & uploaded since 04-06-2012, but given how the Saunder thing went I was too scared to post. But since Photobucket is messing-up tomorrow [it isn't that bad, except it dislikes my older computer/slow Internet, & changes my careful organisation >:[ (I AM GOING TO MISS 'CHERRY CRUSH' THOUGH)], here are the second bunch of "AR Games" pictures

The first post can be found over{HERE}

As you can see from his eyebrows, he isn't a natural blond, and though the "Mii Maker" doesn't have either, Alexander has light brown roots showing, and 2 different coloured eyes.

I made more characters, but I don't know if I will ever do another session like this again. I did take a picture of my Mii for Saint Valentine's Day though:
ladynoremon: (L.S. Cassius)
The Nintendo 3DS has a built-in feature called "AR Games" (altered reality), and it comes with a few AR Cards so you can impose characters & things into real-life. After the tutorial for "AR Games" has been completed, you can then take pictures of Miis. I posted a picture on Saint Valentine's Day of my Mii as an example. One pretty much has to make atleast 1 Mii in "Mii Maker" because your default Mii gets used for your "Friend List", by default for StreetPass [though you can switch to any other Mii you have made (and I wish the hats showed-up on the Mii elsewhere)], in things like "Swapnote", etc. My Mii is named 'Sarah' (creator/DS name 'Norémon'), and is an attempt to turn my short!plump-ness into cuteness.

Anyway yesterday while I had my craft table set-up, and construction paper around, I decided to take a few pictures.

My Mii surveying a bunch of other Miis I created (I selected the add 'Many' option)

Mii's in "Mii Maker" wander around on the screen you sort them to, and randomly do several different actions. Sneeze, fall asleep, cross their arms, happily wave about, or if near another Mii might start a conversation with them (Alfred seems predisposed to conversing). The talking is just '...' in speak bubbles, with nodding, hand gestures, and such.

...I made a Cassius Mii because she is my character after all, and I guess it is a way to have her still exist (at least to me). It makes me laugh that she seems predisposed to crossing her arms, & falling asleep while standing-up. And since I only had 3 Miis at the time, I decided to make an Alfred, then an Uncle Frederick, Mila (short for 'Wilhelmina'), and I pretty much most of Cassius' family.--Even the servants. They have filled the royal blue screen in my "Mii Maker".

Mila, Frederick, Lorel, Alfred, Robin, Elise, Flora, & Robert

More pictures under here )

I think eventually I will post pictures of my Patrick Jane Mii, Sean Connery, and the "Doctor Who" ones that Jeremy & I made. I also have a bunch of "Freakyforms: Your Creations, Alive!" Formees that I have been meaning to post, and may use the AR Card with some of them as well. Club Nintendo has a giant AR Card that can be redeemed for coins. I might get it eventually, though I probably could make one maybe.

A lot of things I have made with my Nintendo 3DS can be found over {HERE}.

...The Lorel Mii QR Code can be found over {HERE}...

So! A LiveJournal entry! OHOHOHO *sigh*

I haven't bothered typing one of these up since before December, not a proper one. I guess I feel I am doing nothing interesting enough for anyone to want to read about, or that they are sick of hearing about me. And thus I don't get the motivation to say "This journal is for me, bitches" >:

But here is where I will hopefully try to ramble and ramble and get something out:

I have been role-playing a lot lately. "Echo Bazaar" with my character L.S. Cassius. It has been so interesting to watch how the character has grown over the last half year, and I think right now they are into their own self. When I started playing #EBZ I had an idea for a character, and started-off playing that character, but Cassius developed themself, and I ended-up playing someone that most of the time I don't feel I created. They decided not to even look like what I had planned D: I wanted to avoid giving them red-hair because I have mine dyed red, and had planned for light brown, somewhat auburn. But every time I had a mental image of them doing something, they had the short red-hair, and thus I finally gave-up on it. There are a lot of things I have given-up on fighting with them, and have mostly let them write and play themself. Sometimes in-game this had led to difficulty, like they refused to duel with the Black Ribbon [duelling to the death], and thus I had to grind fighting Jack of Smiles for quite some time to level over all the duelling. And I thus ended-up with over 1000 Diamonds. What can one do (besides sell-off) that many DIAMONDS O:  That is an awful lot of them! I also had around 30,000 Rostygold after. [ profile] adele_1  suggested that Cassius should build a new shack out of it. A shack made entirely out of gold and diamonds. I don't even. They also would not go to Court so I had to cap twice Persuasive without it. And they won't get involved with the mirror stuff at the University, and thus will never get to go to Flute Street, so I am busy working on 8 Watchful levels with just lower-end stuff. But I think by doing the in-game as in-character, it makes it better to play it true. I have also gotten involved in my first role-play pairing that I was not default-ly forced into. It has developed over months. Narciso. And for them to fall for someone that is so far from my own type and what-not is just further proof that they are a rather full character. Like when they are upset, I am. Even if I have no damn reason to be. They get angry, and I find I have to try not to be snippy. The last few days they have been feeling ill over being harassed over marriage and things that they cannot work into proper words, and can't quite work out. And though I have my garden to start, and am looking HELLA forward to getting "Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 4" in a few days, I have felt a little of this. 'Out of sorts' as it were. But they are taking a trip to The Surface for the next week-two weeks, so I am hoping they will settle. I personally have to take time off because of my yardwork, and wanting to heavy clean my room, and thus besides from being busy, I will cramp my hands and wrists right up, and be unable to type as much as I currently am. I mostly play on Twitter and some on LiveJournal.

I find that it has helped with a lot of my older role-playing problems. I used to get shoved into roles I did not like, get paired-up with characters when I didn't want to. Always ending-up playing the girl, etc. And then when they weren't happy with a scene, it just up and never happened. So it was all confusing and have we met yet? and all that. And I was never good enough, etc. The people I played with never kept me in the loop or anything. Work on creating a character, get told "well you can only play if you change this", try playing it that way, get told a week later "oh we decided this thing was boring, and decided not to play it any more". Fuck you guys, you wouldn't even reconise me now. </rant>
I also have a drawing to share, but I will make that a separate post...

Which leaves us to ramble about "Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 4" before I ramble about my garden!

A lot of the #EBZ peeps are fans, and have been rambling about it for over a month. I have never had any desire to play the Persona games, even when they swept-though my LiveJournal Friends' List years ago. But after getting to find out more about them, and getting spammed with pictures of Naoto, I finally sniped an ebay auction for an unopened game [with the soundtrack], the guide, and the strategy guide. Luckily my GST had come the same day! I am still *FROWNING FOREVER* at the POSTAL  SERVICE for taking so long to deliver it. I hope to have it by the end of this week. ...But I won't be able to play until I get my room cleaned enough to set my PS2 up now. Also with weeding ans scraping paint, my little hands will be of no use nay way :( I also suck/do not enjoy turn-based RPGs. I love kicking ass myself, instead of selecting spells or such and then taking turns. Skill, man, skill!
I STILL have to play "Last Window: The Secret of Cape West", "The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks", the 2nd Phoenix Wright game, the Apollo Justice one, and the new Edgeworth one. OH and I have Unwound Future too :( I am so behind on games...And I have to finish "Again"

And now onto a ramble about my garden/yardwork. I have my flowerbed to clean out, and that is a lot of work because it has grown-over a lot. When I got concussed and then sick with a lingering flu last autumn, I was unable to weed or prepare my garden before it snowed/the ground froze. So I am having to do all that now. I had planed to start today, but it rained BUCKETS yesterday, and thus it needs to dry out. I also have that other bedrail/headboard to dig up again, clean, scrape, prime, paint, detail, and then dig another huge hole for and rebury. So much crap D:

And then I am also hoping to Spring Clean my bedroom...

And what else can I say before I end this? I am going to a concert with my mom Saturday, and hoping to go to Halifax to see the tyrannosaurus-rex at the Natural History Museum...and another trip to Digby to take pictures. Another outing with Jeremy later in the summer...Not much else I can say about myself :(
